About timp property
Founded to address the needs of Superior residents for the Sundance Film Festival, Timp Property is a key resource, connector, facilitator, and property consultancy.
Never before has Superior had such unique opportunity as with the upcoming Sundance Film Festival, set for January 21-31, 2027. That’s why we created Timp Property.
Other neighboring municipalities (Boulder, Louisville, Longmont) are inundated with enormous property management firms, but none have looked at Superior as an option.
But geographically, strategically, politically, and through local connections with the Sundance Film Festival, we are in a terrific position to capitalize on this at least decade-long move that the Sundance Film Festival has decided to make by relocating to Colorado.
We at Timp Property are not about to let these benefits slip through our fingers, and we don’t want that happening for you as residents either.
