That is, frankly, not going to happen for any homeowner in Superior with this year’s Festival. It would be disingenuous to say otherwise. But, looking at recommended housing prices from the Festival and comparing them with information from the City of Boulder, homeowners in Superior could expect upwards of $15,000-$20,000 depending on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms available, along with any additional or unique amenities such as a hot tub.

Absolutely. You can rent anywhere from one bedroom to your entire home. You don’t have to leave your home if you don’t want to, but you can. You can meet new and emerging industry professionals or attendees as empty nesters with a spare bedroom or renovated basement.
