That is, frankly, not going to happen for any homeowner in Superior with this year’s Festival. It would be disingenuous to say otherwise. But, looking at recommended housing prices from the Festival and comparing them with information from the City of Boulder, homeowners in Superior could expect upwards of $15,000-$20,000 depending on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms available, along with any additional or unique amenities such as a hot tub.

In attending multiple county and state-wide events, it was quickly identified that Superior was being overlooked.
