Get all you need to meet local, regulatory compliance needs. We cover the costs of your $200 Superior Festival license, get your HOA or Metro District approval, and help you understand all your needs as a homeowner and what you should be doing to prepare for renting your property during the Festival.
Covering all of the basic needs—local, regulatory compliance, Festival licensing, and HOA or Metro District approval paperwork—you also get a bit more, which includes a walkthrough of the property by a seasoned member of the Timp Property team to improve home visibility for renters and identify ways to boost rental rates, an assessment of any updates or modifications necessary, access to our Timp Property VIP Newsletter for exclusive updates and Festival related news, and a Renter ‘Have a Superior Stay’ Care Package.
If you want even more than ‘A Bit’ we can ensure that all’s in order for you. Here we assist with local approval, cover the $200 Festival licensing fee, access to vendor offerings and newsletters, and the ‘Have a Superior Stay’ Care Package, and an additional walkthrough of the property space prior to the Festival to ensure all’s in order for the renters to come in, and a cleaning of the rental space by a trusted cleaning service partner prior to the Festival. This better ensures enthusiastic renters and ideally renters who will be coming back for years to come.
All of the other package offerings are included here—local approval for a compliant listing, covering the $200 Festival licensing fee, access to newsletters and updates, improved valuation of your property, promotion of the property listing, and the ‘Have a Superior Stay’ Care Package—plus an additional cleaning service done after the Festival is completed and the tenants have left so you can return to your home as if no one was there, an additional walkthrough of the property by Timp Property to ensure no theft or damage has occurred during the Festival, and, as a ‘Thank You’ for working with us, a $100 Downtown Boulder Partnership gift card eligible to 100+ participating Downtown Boulder shops and restaurants.
