All of the other package offerings are included here—local approval for a compliant listing, covering the $200 Festival licensing fee, access to newsletters and updates, improved valuation of your property, promotion of the property listing, and the ‘Have a Superior Stay’ Care Package—plus an additional cleaning service done after the Festival is completed and the tenants have left so you can return to your home as if no one was there, an additional walkthrough of the property by Timp Property to ensure no theft or damage has occurred during the Festival, and, as a ‘Thank You’ for working with us, a $100 Downtown Boulder Partnership gift card eligible to 100+ participating Downtown Boulder shops and restaurants.
